– The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project, prior to the website going live.
– For projects over $4000, we may agree to a milestone payment plan.
– All invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
– Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other mutually agreed payment methods.
## 4. **Project Timelines**
– We will provide an estimated timeline for project completion based on the agreed scope of work.
– Delays caused by the client (e.g., failure to provide necessary materials or feedback) may result in an extension of the project deadline.
– While we strive to meet deadlines, TechKangaroos will not be held liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., server issues, third-party failures, etc.).
## 5. **Client Responsibilities**
– The client must provide all necessary content, logos, and images for the project unless otherwise agreed.
– The client is responsible for securing all intellectual property rights related to any content provided to TechKangaroos.

## 6. **Intellectual Property**
– Upon full payment, all design and development work created by TechKangaroos for the client will be the property of the client.
– TechKangaroos retains the right to display the work in our portfolio, on our website, and in marketing materials unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.

– We offer two rounds of revisions as part of the initial project scope. Additional revisions may incur extra costs.
– Changes to the agreed scope of work will be subject to additional charges and may affect the project timeline.
## 8. **Website Maintenance and Support**
– Upon completion of the project, we offer ongoing maintenance and support packages at additional costs.
– Any updates or maintenance outside of agreed packages will be billed at our standard hourly rates.

-Partial refund may or may not applicable based on work completion in case of new project.
-For subcription plan, client need to notify cancellation in written before due date of subscription.
-In case of any payment due, TechKangaroos reserve rights to stop services untill due is clear.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Melbourne, Victoria.
